Boundaries Meditation

If you are feeling sensitive to external energies or struggling to set and maintain relational boundaries this somatic, guided mediation can help you feel the reality of your personal space. Grounding and stabilizing, this practice is useful on a daily basis or anytime you are feeling porous and impacted by the external world. 


I know I have said it before but I’ll keep saying we need to know our own individual boundaries. Like know them. Be able to feel them. This world is just getting crazier and the next few years in the united states will be an absolute shit show. This meditation video is 12 minutes long, but once you get the hang of the practice you can touch into your boundaries in less than a minute. I would love to hear what you think if you try it!

If you struggle with people pleasing behavior or establishing functional boundaries this can indicate early childhood wounding around authenticity. This often arises from early conditioning starting in childhood in which you learned to not express your full authentic self in order to keep getting the love of your parents and other caretakers.
